Don’t Laugh!

OK don’t laugh at me but I got the bright idea that I wanted a hair cut at 1:00 in the morning no less! I am a liscened professional. I can cut anyones hair not a problem. The last time I cut my own hair…..lets just say it was bad. But when I want my hair cut I want it cut now or I’ll never do it….so I did it and to my suprise it can out pretty good maybe a little uneven but that’s ok. I cut about 3 inches off and it looks a feels so much better…..Hubby will be a little upset but he will get over it! I took some pictures of my WIP the brown is one of my sister in laws and it is done in basketweave you can’t really tell, and the purple one is my other sister in laws and is garter stitch with crossed dropped stitchs. They are both working up fast.

I love the purple scarf! The pattern is just lovely. I wish I knew how to make it….garter is no problem, but the dropped stitches are still a mystery to me 😦

Your hair looks cute. It’s awfully handy to be able to do it yourself. 🙂

Your scarves are looking good. I really want to try a soft lacey one sometime. The list just gets longer and longer.

I like the new do! Husbands always have an initial knee-jerk reaction to cut hair, then they settle in and love it (even if they don’t say it out loud). Love the scarves growing quickly!
