A finished object and some yarn porn!

I actually got some knitting done this week! I finished Bekah’s blanket in time for my mother to take it home with her this last weekend, and I forgot to take a picture I know I suck! Maybe I can get a picture with Bekah and the blanket! I also finished one hat and started and frogged and started and frogged many ,many times my clapotis. Again I know I suck! I think I am just not in the mood to knit this yet but the yarn I bought for it oh I love it!! It was expensive but I don’t care! I got Schaefer Yarns Anne. It is so nice and soft to touch I just like feeling it! šŸ™‚ I still have about 4 hats on the needles for Caps for a Cure. My next chemo is on St. Patricks Day so I am hoping to have those 4 plus a few more to take in! I did meet one lady there last visit she had just started losing her hair and was looking for ball caps and I suggested a knit one and she told me her favorite color and I told her that there would be one for her my next visit. I can’t believe how fast the time is going! I hopefully only have 3 more chemo sessions to go and then I am done!! Keep your fingers crossed! I can’t wait for tomorrow, Harry Potter comes out and I am getting 2 copies one for me and one for Christopher for his birthday! I know what I am watching tomorrow night! I know there is no way I can knit and watch so I will have to get some knitting in tomorrow afternoon!
I think that is enough rambling for now! Happy knitting!!!!

“Yarn porn” – that is so funny! I have bought expensive yarn partly because it forces me to complete a project just so the yarn does not go to waste! I hope you get a picture of Bekah and the blanket.
I can hardly believe how many hats you have completed and are working on. You are so fast. I have been working on a pair of socks for nearly a month and a sweater since Christmas. Good on ya!
I too, am looking forward to Goblet of Fire because I missed it in the theatres. My kids are too little and get scared too easily for this movie even though they have seen the first couple.
I am glad to see the end of the tunnel in regards to chemo and am glad to see you post after so long. Ramble on!
    Your SP7.
p.s. šŸ˜‰ You said that you suck twice in one blog. You are only allowed to say that when you actually do suck šŸ˜‰

Ooh what gorgeous yarn you’ve picked for Clapotis! I’m almost half way done with mine, I know what you mean about needing to be in the right frame of mind for it!
